  This is quite basic accommodation, but for a very good price! The location is very central, literally a minute's walk to the main road in Kanchanaburi where you will find countless choices for bars, restaurants and tour guides. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had good choices and was tasty and quick. Our clean and spacious Thai-style bungalow completely met our expectations. Large variety of food and always prompt service. Stuff was friendly enough in their own way. Restaurant recommendations, immediate taxi service and tour desk, offering several different trips. But if you intend to see/feed/swim with some elephants, we suggest to contact elephant's world instead for an unforgettable day.

  Right from the moment we arrived we were treated fabulously and given loads of useful info to get us on our way. We even got dropped off at the bus station on our departure which really was useful. I was in a twin room, and she was ready to change me to a double-- the bed had a thin, hard, 'Japanese-style' sleeping pad on top of the bed--and was still 'hill n valley', so I said 'No, I'll stay in the twin, this is too lumpy.' The GuestHouse is literally just - Nice little place near local people, not in the 'tourist part of city'. It is about 2 minutes walk from bus station. Room was simple and clean, no AC, just fan. Shower was only cold. I think it is ideal place for backpacker and traveler not interested in disco and bars. I would really recomend it.
