  Two new double mattresses !!! Joy, the owner is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was in a twin room, and she was ready to change me to a double-- the bed had a thin, hard, 'Japanese-style' sleeping pad on top of the bed--and was still 'hill n valley', so I said 'No, I'll stay in the twin, this is too lumpy.' The GuestHouse is literally just - Nice little place near local people, not in the 'tourist part of city'. It is about 2 minutes walk from bus station. Room was simple and clean, no AC, just fan. Shower was only cold. I think it is ideal place for backpacker and traveler not interested in disco and bars. I would really recomend it.

  I have travel around Thailand 10 times and this guesthouse was one of the best. Really value for money. Good and soft bed (not hard like normally in Thailand), good shower, clean, good location, silence.
