  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!). If I ever go back to Chiang Mai, I will be staying at Chiang M - We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

  This family hotel is truely amazing. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, but gives you enough space and privacy. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, a true Thai experience with lots of original, arty touches. Everything about it is beautiful.
