  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!). If I ever go back to Chiang Mai, I will be staying at Chiang M - We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

  The location is the best feature with this guesthouse. Right next to Saturday Street Market and main temples and it also boasts plenty of eating and breakfast opportunities nearby. Rooms are adequate, although 'boutique' is perhaps too much to call it as there are a few really nice boutique hotels nearby (much more pricier too) to compare. We arrived at chiang mai at 6 a.m and the check in should be only at 12 a.m but they give us a room to sleep. The breakfast was very good and we could choose what to eat, they have 4 options. The locatin is fine, just in the centre. They offer 2 new bottle of water everyday.

  The staff at S.K. House 2 were fantastic. Very friendly, above and beyond the friendliness I've come to know of the Thai people. The rooms were clean and spacious and the shower facilities were more than I expected, having travelled Bangkok, koh Phangon and Phi Phi.
