Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  The lady that runs the villa (Pray) is a breath of fresh air, very helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to stay at the villa. I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.
