  Beautiful hotel with lots of character! Staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Chiang Mai and our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Loved our room and the common space/pool was fun to hang out in. They play great music throughout the day in the common areas. Just a beautifully designed boutique hotel. The pool was small incorporating a toddlers pool. It was always clean, although the pool furniture & feature wall require urgent attention.   Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly.   Staff were fantastic. One night I was struggling to sleep as the family nextdoor were extremely noisy (babies crying, TV very loud, doors slamming etc). The hotel staff were incredibly sympathetic and even offered to move me to another floor. I was impressed by how well they managed this.   The lady that runs the villa (Pray) is a breath of fresh air, very helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to stay at the villa. I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference. There is a small mark - Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least.
