  Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Rooms are huge, well equipped and very comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating and breakfast is lovely.   The resort has a great stretch of the beach with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, towels and service for guests. Chaweng beach is soft sand, the water is very shallow, and lovely for wading. We enjoyed strolling the long beach after sunset, with quiet restaurants setting up tables at the water's edge. One night of the week, - We absolutely loved staying at Akyra Chura. Our room and balcony was beautiful and the location is perfect for those that want a bit of peace and quiet, but is also within walking distance of the action. The Hotel staff were so friendly and so helpful it was a delight to stay here and would not only stay here again, but would also definitely reccommend it to young couples!

  The bungalow rooms on the ground level by the pool gave you a view of the beach from the balcony. Whilst they are not 5 star they are more than comfortable and give you a sense of space and openess which wasn't necessarily the case for some of the resorts in Chaweng Beach. In our research on l - I liked being close to the beach and shopping without being noisy, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the relaxed atmostphere, very pleased with all amenities, great place to relax and not to expensive on the budget and the meals in the restaurant were excellent. recommend the Iyara to everyone that likes to be close to shopping and the beach but still relaxing.

  The location is close enough to the busy part of the beach and beach road without dealing with the noise and crowds. The front desk staff all spoke great English.
