  It's our 10th anniversary honeymoon and we booked garden room with dip pool. We arrived with full of surprises. The smiley faces with warm hospitality, bed decoration, celebration cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. Our room was flooded on the first night due to rain storm. Without hesitation, hotel staff Aor and Ice put us at another hotel (due ... 别人怎么说 » to full house at Buri Rasa) that night then upgraded us to their best suite for the following nights. To apologize for the disaster, we were compensat - Most amazing resort I've ever stayed in. We were greeted with a beautiful personalised message on our bed and gorgeous notes and gifts each day. I would like to extend our greatest thanks to the staff for making it such a wonderful experience, they really did bend over backwards for us, even holding our bags for us a few days after we had checked out while waiting for a late flight.
