  The location is close enough to the busy part of the beach and beach road without dealing with the noise and crowds. The front desk staff all spoke great English. The pool is one of the bigger I've seen on the island. The room was comfortable enough for me to live in long term. The room had a very modern design and offerred great comfort. The sea view has been very satisfactory. The location is excellent as the hotel is at waking distance from bars and restaurants. We had the feeling this was one of the best hotel in the area so we reccomand it.

  Beautiful rooms with really good standard. Relatively soft beds for Thailand. Nice poolareas and great breakast. Service was great at all times. The beach was quiet and nice but no white sand.   The resort has a great stretch of the beach with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, towels and service for guests. Chaweng beach is soft sand, the water is very shallow, and lovely for wading. We enjoyed strolling the long beach after sunset, with quiet restaurants setting up tables at the water's edge. One night of the week, - We absolutely loved staying at Akyra Chura. Our room and balcony was beautiful and the location is perfect for those that want a bit of peace and quiet, but is also within walking distance of the action. The Hotel staff were so friendly and so helpful it was a delight to stay here and would not only stay here again, but would also definitely reccommend it to young couples!

  Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Rooms are huge, well equipped and very comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating and breakfast is lovely.
