The reception can help organise taxis to the airport and other places at a reasonable price, it's in a perfect location, clean with helpful staff. Free breakfast which was lovely. I would recommend it to anybody. As a solo traveler, and a young female (22) I felt very safe and looked after. -

The staff is excellent,helpful and very polite. They helped us in many things and even they changed us ine room because we didn't had wifi inside the room.
The rooms are big,clean and comfortable with air con,big beds and fridge with drinking water every day.
The position is great in the center and by the beach. I will definately stay there in my next visit.

Everything !!! Location is absolutely incredible for people of our age, night life is 2 min walk away. From our room, we couldn't hear the music once we were inside which was perfect too! The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, the location is good - only 10-15 minutes of walking till the main street of chaweng. We stayed 15 nights....close to busy town - shops, restaurants but far away from noise.
Family bungalow had heaps of space for us.
Food at restaurant was great, plenty of options and good price. No hidden charges. Drinks were priced well too.
Drank and ate at 2 other resorts close to Chalala and both charged tax charges on top of the menu price!
Hired a motorbike for 10 days - exclllent way to get around as the 5 min walk into town a bit much for us with young children.
