  What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Gorgeous grounds and lovely pool, the tide was out at the beach so would have been a far walk to get to the water. Booked my taxi to the a - Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

  Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. They do have little free hotel tuk tuks to get you around the property or drop you down at Nai Thon beach. The room decoration, the sea view, the cleaning lady (so nice), Hugo, the guy that took us to our room and explain us everything, the happy hour, the infinite swimming pools, the amazing breakfast, the sofa outside the room on the balcony, the restaurants...excellent service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.
