The lobby is big and nice with wood chairs & tables, The room is clean. Breafast is delicious and more choice. The resort driver is very nice and waited us in airport for one and half hours since our flight was posphoned.

  The staff were excellent and very helpful. Went out of their way to help with our every need. The rooms were very well kept and cleaned to perfection daily by the amazing cleaning staff. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We payed for a room with a view to the pool but when we got there they didn't have our room. There was some kind of problem. So they gave us a room with the private mini pool instead and a free dinner. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

  This is a lovely setting along the side of a quiet golf course and the laguna, and forms one of the many luxury hotels in the Laguna Phuket enclave. The food - We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money. The rooms are big and comfortable, cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and the pool is fun with the slide. I would recommend this hotel for fa
