  Everything was just great. Generally we like hiking and do not spend much time on the accomodation. Here, first time, it was different. We could read stories in a very comfortable living room in the evenings, we could let our kids (5 and 2 years) wander around the house and in the garden, it was absolutely safe. Nice r - The hotel has a very cosy atmosphere. the dining hall leading to the guest sitting area is very tastefully decorated. Rosemary, the owner was very accommodative, friendly and helpful. I wish I could have more time to converse with her. Room was clean and the view of Matterhorn was fabulous. The spa was a surprise, after a day's walking, to have a sauna was indeed the highlight of the day.
