  - The customer service is extremely perfect from the time we reach the hotel till we left, when we reached the guy in the parking was waiting for us with our name and room number, the reception girl didnt took any grantee money from us and when we left we found in our car small bag with water in our car - once they knew we are in our honey... 别人怎么说 » moon they upgrade us and did nice decoration with flower in bed - the food quality was high and the breakfast was perfect - the staff were very hel - Cant say more that this hotel in all meanings the best 5 star hotel i have been world wide !   Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.
