  The staff were so friendly especially the manager. I could not speak French or German but he made me feel like I was very welcome. The breakfast was superb and the room was very clean and very nice. The location was excellent. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused.
