It was a relatively last minute decision to go skiing (booked through letsbookhotel.com) and I ended up going on my own. I was made to feel very welcome throughout - staff were friendly, helpful but not overly attentive.   We loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were wonderful and the food was delicious.
