  We loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were wonderful and the food was delicious.   Despite the fact that there wasn't a lift, the young kitchen hand took our very heavy suitcases up to our room. The staff also took our luggage to the station for us (it was only a short distance, but the footpath was wet and slippery on that morning). The room was excellent and well appointed. The staff and proprietress were - We enjoyed the welcome, the beautifully cooked evening meals, including a lovely crocodile Thai soup! Delicious. It was part of some Australian specials. There were also many Swiss dishes on the menu. The breakfast buffet was good with perfectly cooked boiled eggs. The location was perfect for train to Wengen or to drive to other places. Ursula was very attentive as we're all her staff. The bedrooms were good and the beds extremely comfortable. Very clean. We will return in the spring.

  Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.
