  The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive.   This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel was small enough to ensure that every guest had a personalised experience but big enough to offer all the required facilities like a fabulous restaruant. The hosts Jacqui and Bernard and their staff went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted. The views from every room were amaz... 别人怎么说 » ing! We definitely want to return again. - Nearly everything! The owners welcomed us personally the first day there...and maintained their interest in our well-being throughout our 1-week stay. The location is outstanding for views of the Alps and being away from the crowds of Interlaken. The room was very large and very clean.   We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there.   great staff good location to train station. breakfast buffets were very good, nicely managed - The staff actually went out of their way to make my stay comfortable since i was taking teh last train out of zurich was reaching late had requested them and they obliged..This one simple gesture would make me go and stay there again..

  The apartment was most convenient to the railway station and shops a few mins walk away. Grindlewald and Interlarkin were a short drive away. The owners spoke English and were very helpful. The underground garage was an added bonus. We would recommend this Apartment.

  Everything was perfect! A room was a little bit small but very clean and with a big balcony. Anyway they managed to put an extra bed for our child.
