  Excellent studio room in the heart of Bilbao - ours had a little balcony looking onto the lovely Old Town street. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, lots of natural light. Very short walk from metro and tram stops, as well as all the old town sites, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wonderful staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - highly recommend! - Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!

  our second stay at this hotel, the previous one being 3 years earlier, and it is as good as last time. The rooms were excellent as were the helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. The hotel is situated about 20mins walk from the old town and the Guggenheim.   I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second.   I had an early flight form Bilbao and this place is percfect. You can get to the airport in 10 min by car. Staff were super friendly. They called me on my phone on respone to some email queries I made. They offered us to go pick us up if we weren't able to find the place. Perfectly clean and modern. - The Owners were so kind to find us in the middle of nowhere because our GPS was unable to bring us to this really marvellous place.   The hotel is very convenient to the Bilbao bus station, which was great for taking the ALSA bus as a comfortable, inexpensive, and easy way to travel from Madrid to Bilbao. Also the nearby bus station is the terminus for an inexpensive bus to the airport. And it was a pleasant walk thru the park to the Guggenheim.
