The hotel is very convenient to the Bilbao bus station, which was great for taking the ALSA bus as a comfortable, inexpensive, and easy way to travel from Madrid to Bilbao. Also the nearby bus station is the terminus for an inexpensive bus to the airport. And it was a pleasant walk thru the park to the Guggenheim. So this hotel's location is great!. All accommodations are simple, and I think this makes me feel like home. My room had two beds, one tv, one desk with a mirror and one bathroom. Wifi works fine and the staff were really gentle to ask if I was ok with the noise (I think they're repairing some things on my floor), or if I'd like to change my room.
所有评语 » The hotel staff was very friendly with us. The housekeeping cleaned our room everyday and changed our sheets and towels. The price was economical. The room was warm. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is right next to the bus station and 20 minutes walking to the old town. The staff is very kind and, if they can, they meet your requests. The reception is open 24h. The position is behind the termibus (very convenient if you come from the airport and it during your permanence you will take metro or bus!) The room was big. Friendly service. Very good value for money. Hair-dryer available in the bathroom. Excellent location only about 200 metres from the bus terminal, tram stop and the San Mames Stadium. City centre can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Very lovely and friendl staff. The position is in front of stadium St Mames and very close to the bus station and a couple of bus stops where you can catch the tram for going to Guggleneihm and the centre. Good value for money anyway. The staff were friendly. The internet was better than the 3 and 4 star hotels we stayed in the previous week. This hotel is good value, clean and next to the bus station. The hotel was nice and peaceful. The hotel is not extravagant. it is a low cost way to see Bilbao. It's very close to the metro -- just a few stops after getting on at the train station. It's also a short walk to the Guggenheim museum. Good location, and only 3 mins from the bus station. The staffs are quite nice. The room is big enough for 3 people. As the station is not in the city center, the hotel is quiet enough. Cheap and OK place. We only stayed for one night and we needed a place very close to the Termibus station. Free wifi was useful. the location was perfect, ok for one night. Be prepared to carry you bags up a flight of stairs to get to the reception, but the man at the reception came down to help us, which was very thoughtful of him. The shower used to flood all bathroom. It's curtains weren't really efficient. I'd to put all my things away the shower. Elevator. The bad wasn't the most comfortable that I have never try. The cleaner staff forget to replace the soap in the bathroom. I also found some hair on the awning, that was a little nasty. (Little) noisy from other rooms through the walls....maybe they need to renovate a bit. We had to hand in the key everytime we went out. The Internet connection was very weak in my room -- mostly at night. I finally went downstairs where the very apologetic staff took me to the lounge where the connection is much better. Far from the casco viejo. not very good bathroom equipment. - no breakfast served. Little bathroom. Far from old town. like all spanish buildings virtually no acoustic insulation exists. had noisy neighbours, but hotel cannot be blamed for this. would definitely go and stay there again. Would have liked a kettle in room. The room looks a little bit poor with the old furniture and the small LCD TV. death beatle under the sheet, smell of an fast foid restaurant everywhere. The room smelled of smoke, as a non smoker it was not nice to find it out. There is an elevator ar the entrance but the guests of the hotel are not allowed to use it!!!. no iron. old building and room. no breakfast.
