  Really beautiful and comfortable palace with the surrounding countryside providing the perfect setting. Only 30mins drive to San Sebastián. 45 mins to Bilboa. Everything was just great. Not hard to find as we put the town location into the Gps and there were signs from the town intersection to the hotel. Restaurant is outstanding. The chef - a charming guy - likes to meet his guests and talk about his dishes and the way he prepares them. The "black" fillet steak is brilliant!! All highly recommended.

  Ignacio and his wonderful "team" was a credit to this small friendly hotel,nothing was to much trouble,they looked after us splendidly ,even providing a superb meal,even though the restaurant was closed ( we arrived very late after driving 800 k!) Very good room, completely upgraded, good beds, clean bathroom, perfect shower. Next morning we took a breakfast. Lot of choice, everything fresh and looked great.
