  I spent three at Casa Rural Jesuskoa, a wonder rural experience run by a family that puts their heart and soul into making your stay a pleasant one. Raymond, the son speaks English and took time with me every day to make sure I had directions to sights I wanted to see as well as offering suggestions of other areas of interest. The breakfasts were incredible, definitely worth having and at €5 were an absolute bargain. Loved the quiet, rural location but with easy access to other gorgeous towns - 35 minute train to San Sebastián from Zumaia was a real bonus. Incredibly helpful staff, making excellent suggestions for restaurants, attractions/towns to visit and driving routes added considerably to our enjoyment

  From the moment we arrived Bixen, the owner, made us feel very welcome. The room was large, clean and the bed do comfortable. The views are fabulous, but you need to go to appreciate how pretty it is and quiet. The hostess (note: very limited English, but communication was fine) is absolutely committed to her guests' comfort and really went out of her way for us. The location was very handy for the railway station just around the corner. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely. The views to the mountains were so beautiful, i wish we were staying there longer.The owner was very friendly and made our daughter feel special, cooking something she liked. We fell in love with this place and hope to return one day.
