  excellent location , very nice and big apartments, Valencia is only 25 mins away - easy access from motorway , big and clean pool , very friendly staff. so for me 10 out of 10 - will definitely back again.

  The location of the hotel was great. We had a nice belcony with the sea view. The beach and the 13th century castle were just around the corner It took us a few minutes to get there. - Wonderful place with very very nice personnel. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back.

  The hotel location is very good as it is near the main zone for bars and restaurants and a 10-15min walk to the beach. The room is big and clean with a balcony. I also liked the possibility of breakfast in the room. I really liked the hotel, of course there are always things to improve, more at the service level. We stayed here during benicassim festival so it was a fantastic alternative to camping! The walk home every evening almost killed us though!   I stayed here with a friend for the Benicassim festival and will definitely be coming back!! The site was great with a fab little bungalow and a lovely pool. The staff were really helpful. The bus to the festival is expensive at 60 EUR return for the 4 days, but once we figured out where to get it from (!) it made the whole trip easy.   I stayed for one night to break the journey from Barcelona to Valencia. The owner has restored and converted a building that had been empty for a number of years. The photos I had seen prior to my trip interred that the rooms were old. However this is just the historical style of the furniture used used to fit out the room. A taxi can get to within 30 met - The B&B is located very near to the Templar castle at the very top of the ´Rock´that overlooks and dominates the town and beaches of Peniscola.
