The hotel location is very good as it is near the main zone for bars and restaurants and a 10-15min walk to the beach. The room is big and clean with a balcony. I also liked the possibility of breakfast in the room. I really liked the hotel, of course there are always things to improve, more at the service level. If the management takes the clients opinions in considerations this can be a top notch hotel at a very affordable price.
所有评语 » Staff were great. We stayed here during benicassim festival so it was a fantastic alternative to camping! The walk home every evening almost killed us though! Breakfast was served to the room every morning which was a nice touch. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, very colourful and homey, unlike some hotels that come across very clinical. The rooms were big and the wet rooms were great. The staff was fantastic, Victoria was the best receptionist!. We went for FIB (music festival). The location was good (about 15 to 20 mins walk to the venue). The room was a really good size and clean and comfortable. The street was also very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and it had a great flat screen TV Fairly clean Lovely roll top bath Nice powerful shower with a massive head. Great staff - friendly, spoke English, informative; great location; big room; balcony n you could sit on. Clean, comfortable, close to the FIB, quirky design, good shower. Creative designs, large rooms and very helpful staff. The facilities in the room were good. Easy to get to and very freindly. Great location for fib festival!. It does what it says on the tin... Cheap, practical accommodation with a flat screen TV, and a walk in wet room shower which worked fairly well. Its decor is a little quirky and basic but I kind of like that. You can come and go as you please as you have a key to get in. I have stayed there now 3 times and have recommended it to friends who have also stayed there too so that in itself says something. Basically its alright for the purpose I wanted it for (6/10). Location is excellent for FIB. Bennicassim town is on your doorstep and the Festival site is 20 min walk and beach the same. Cannot really beat that. Clean rooms,comfortable bed. We asked for the breakfast in the room at a certain hour and it never arrived on time...only after complaining they started to deliver it on time. Some basic things such as towels and toilet paper weren't always changed as needed. I didn't like the bathroom sliding door but there is not much to be done in relation to that. In the third and fourth floor you don't have wifi coverage and that can be improved easily nowadays. A refrigerator in the room would have been fantastic due to how hot it was. Because we stayed on the ground floor, there were some ants in our room, but it barely bothered us and that would be my only complaint!. Only minor issues with this hotel, e.g. Our room was cleaned at random times during the day, and the cleaners often interrupted us several times. There were no do not disturb signs which was a bit annoying for example when trying to take a shower, or catch up with sleep. Wifi also did not work in the room and we had to use it in reception. There is no 24 hour reception either so if you are going to the festival you have to take your key with you. Lots of ants No shower curtain so floor got very wet Standing in the bath while showering was dangerious because of possible slipping No where to put soap or shower gel while in shower inbetween washing. Poor AC, poor ventilation in bathroom (no fan or window to open), wifi access limited. Not in a noisy area, but in small streets in the centre of town, noise in the morning carries. We had to leave the windows closed to sleep after sunrise. No real complaints, although there were rarely any hotel staff at reception. This did not affect us too much during our stay though. Bath room shower flooded the bathroom. The majority of the time the reception is not manned but the owners are contactable via phone and always come when needed No tea making facilities in room and the TV could do with a couple of English speaking stations, but after all it is Spain and it is a budget hotel so I can not really complain too much. Reception staff were helpful and friendly when they were there but sometimes they were hard to get hold of when you needed to. Shower didn't work,breakfast was paid for but unavailable,claimed wifi throughout but not available upstairs.
