  The staff! Very nice people. Also the location is excellent. Just few hundred meters away from noisy party-area, enough not to hear 24h drunk people screaming which is the main problem of most La Palma area. Fine beach just 3-4 minutes walking distance. We had a problem with booking our transfers on a sunday as offices were closed in which we told the staff who sorted it out for us which was very kind of them.   My friends and I have just come back from a 4 night's stay at Apartamentos Es Retiro and would highly recommend to any other groups of friends looking for a cheap and great place to stay in Ibiza.
