It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay.   Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors. I woud like to express my sympathy for the reception workers. We left in the evening and put our bags into storage when we checked out, deciding to spend the remaining hours on the lovely - We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

I was looking for a place that I could visit on my own, - The view was fab. Looking on to the sea and beach. We were lucky to get a app looking out on to the main drag. Lots of thing going on but not to noisy as bedroom at the back. Pool cleaned every morning, laundry on complex. Very good stay. We would go back. We went for 7 nights here but also booked in to an app in the old town for 4 nights as we wanted to experiance both old and new part of puerto del carmen. So glad we done this.
