  The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by.   Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom.   We were 3 people in an appartment with 2 rooms. There was plenty of space. Everything was excellent. Location is good, 3 min walk to a big metro and bus node (Placa Espanya) - All as a small hotel should be plus excellant staff and management. Very helpfull. Highly recommended
