  It looks clean and comfortable . the back rooms are quiet but not have open view. Bathroom looks clean . the host is kind and give enough information in english . Just opposite of the Estacio de Franca train station wich you get train to Airport (need to transfer ) Very closer to Barcelona zoo(1 minute), Parc de Ciutadella(1 minute), La Rambla (5... 别人怎么说 » minutes) and Barcelona beach (5 minutes) by walking. - Location was very good for visiting the Old Gothic neighborhood, La Rambla, and Barcelonetta, and only a 5 minute walk to Metro stop to access farther sights. The room was small (typical for Spain), but with a high ceiling it didn't feel too claustrophobic. Good value with all the basics, plus a few extra amenities, like balcony and hair dryer. A/c worked well, which was crucial in mid-July.

  The room was minimalistic (in the design sense) and very nice. It also was very clean. No grand entrance, but home like. The room was spacious, clean, newly styled, comfortable with a wonderful balcony view of the city. The hotel is about a block away from a beautiful archway and walkway, not covered on the bus tours. The neigherhood is safe and there is life going on up until 2:00 a.m., but it does not disturb the guests. We loved it. This hotel can accomodate those with who walk with a cane/walker. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

The staff were really friendly and helpful,our double room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with en suite including wall hair dryer and the option to have towels changed daily or to re-use. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

  Hotel Fornos biggest advantage is the l-o-c-a-t-i-o-N. Situtated 10 M. from the Rambla and 10 M. from the clasy and cool Plaza Real I wouldn't swith Fornos for another hotel. The interior of the room is a bit old, looks like from the 80's or so but who cares as long as you are in the middle of the action.
