Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.

It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor
