  Good location, pretty room with small balcony. Taxi to bus and train station only 6 E. Staff was very friendly, basic continental breakfast - Room and hotel nicely decorated for its price. Very conveniently situated for the tourist centre.

  I am really grateful to Esther, the staff member. We had some complications with coming before 10 pm but there was no problem with the check-in a bit later. Unfortunately we also had some stomach illness and some of us could stay a few hours longer after the check-out time. The staff was helpful. No words, Cordoba is worthy of visit. It looks nice and offers a good quality of stay. - We were given very good information about Cordoba on our arrival which is more than I would expect from a hotel. The hotel is charming and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available for 3 euros but we had an early appointment so were unable to try it. The location is excellent. We hope to visit Cordoba again and would definitely stay in this hotel.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations of where to eat at a reasonable price and places to visit and kindly marked these for us on a map. The hostal was great value for money - Lovely little courtyard oasis in the centre of the Hostal, small room but well laid out, and a fresh clean decor and comfortable bed. I was in one of the 4 rooms which face each other above the courtyard which meant the noise and privacy aspects concerned me on arrival but it turned it to be very quiet in the evening, nearly all the guests seemed to be in bed at 11pm.   The pensione is central, quiet, clean and comfortable. The air con was a pleasant respite from 39 degree temp outside for a mid afternoon siesta. The hosts were friendly and pleasant although we were new to Spain and they had little English we didn't converse much. Entry was by ringing the doorbell which was good for security but made us feel awkw... 别人怎么说 » ard when we thought they might be resting. - We stayed 1 night in Pension el Portillo and the room was perfect for that time. It is a rather small family-run business in a very good location (around 5 mins walk from La Mosquita and Alcazar), clean and comfortable, with a lovely owner. I would not choose it for longer stay (3-4 days) but it was perfect for 1 night.

There are only 3 rooms so it feels pretty cosy. The patio of the house is filled with flowers which is a nice way to enter the building. The family that run the pension were really friendly and helpful. They have to let you in the street gate which makes it feel very safe. - It was a beautiful, clean place and quite small so it felt very homey. The staff doesn't speak English but were so sweet. I wish my Spanish was better so I could have talked to them. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the best part of the city for sightseeing. Nothing was a far walk. It was about a fifteen minute walk from the bus station but that wasn't a problem for me.
