The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.

Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

Solar Montes Claros was a perfect complete for a magical city Granada. Interior of the place is just lovely! Central position with good access to public transport. Interesting basement dining area. Nice breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. A problem with the waste outlet from the wash basin was resolved speedily.
