  Perfect location for a cultural 4-night stay with a 5 star view of the iconic Giralda and amazingly quiet. We worked so hard at the sightseeing during the day that we ate in every night which the well-equipped kitchen made easy: this was a great moneysaver as well as relaxing. The 1st floor apartment we had would be a perfect spot for viewing - Daniel was there when we arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to make our visit to Seville a memorable one. The bottle of sherry on arrival was a welcome touch, but the best thing was the location. We could look out the balcony and see the Alcazar and the Giralda; the two biggest sights in the city.   Everything was perfect. The owners follow up the booking with helpful emails and keep the right level of contact without being intrusive or overbearing. They communicate in English both promptly and efficiently to provide feedback with useful and genuinely helpful tips.   The apartment was very new and just a stone's throw away from the famous Cathedral and Giralda. The rooms were very clean and the were even small bottles of shampoo in the bathroom and olive oil and vinegar in the kitchen. Towels seemed very new as well.   The location can not be better. Well, it is our best hotel since a long time. We immediately felt as being home when we steped in the room from the lift. The hotel is right next to the Catheral and the Alcazar. The check-in was very smooth, the staff was very attentive to every details. Rooftop terrace with views of the cathedral was a big plus - enjoyed breakfast and some evening drinks on it, which was lovely. Whilst we didn't really make much use of the kitchen facilites, havin a fridge was really useful.
