The location can not be better. Well, it is our best hotel since a long time. We immediately felt as being home when we steped in the room from the lift. The hotel is right next to the Catheral and the Alcazar. The check-in was very smooth, the staff was very attentive to every details. The suite is spacious, very clean and well equiped with high quality equipment and furniture. The terace is a plus, giving directly view to the Catheral. The breakfast was very good. Even though we had to walk 1.
所有评语 » Loved suites Murillo. Location was perfect, right in the centre if Seville, easy walking distance to all main sites. Apartment was gorgeous - modern, bright and airy with lovely big windows. Rooftop terrace with views of the cathedral was a big plus - enjoyed breakfast and some evening drinks on it, which was lovely. Whilst we didn't really make much use of the kitchen facilites, havin a fridge was really useful. The suites are exceptionally wonderful with a fantastic view and a large suite to stay in. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was extremely nice as well. The suites are located right next to the historic church with views of the church from the rooms. Overall this is the most fantastic place we have stayed at in Europe!!!. Location was excellent just in front the Alcazar with the Cathedral view to the left. Easy to reach, in spite of internet comments, the suite came up to our expections, exactly like shown in your photos. Staff was extremely friendly (in particular Mr. Abel) gaving us tips and suggestions that made our stay in Siviglia really pleasant. Location, Location, Location! It had a stunning view of the Cathedral and Alcazar both from the rooms and roof deck. Perfect location to be in the middle of it all yet escape back to your small apartment. Location took our break away. Also had washer/dryer available for laundry. Made it easy when you are traveling for weeks. Excellent room design!! 6 big french door let sunshine fly into the room. Our room just facing the castle and carriages down on the street. A few minutes to the main street for food, show, and shopping. Value for money and excellent appartment quality. We will definitely recommend to friends and will stay again. Amazing appartment, woke up to the birds and sound of hourse carriages with view on the Alcazar. Appartment is really well furnished, super comfi, great location directly in the center. Beautiful find. Only sad thing is to leave. Would always stay there again. Location and comfort of suite. Nothing. Church bells and the clip-clop from the carriage horses were a concern but the double paned windows did a good job of keep those noises low. It did mean you could not open them at night. There was air conditioning. Hard, hard Bed and massive pillows way too big . No bath, no washing machine. slightly funny smell? Cleaning product maybe or just the smell soaking in from the horse carriages?. There was no one there to let us in when we arrived. The staff at the hotel did not try very hard to help us with printing our boarding passes or with getting access to email and the included breakfast was not very good. Breakfast average (but by no means terrible like some reviews imply). Breakfast which was taken at the Hotel Murillo was a bit disappointing. Check in time a bit late while check out time a bit early. Nothing. Just the coffee machine at the breakfast, minor detail. Breakfast is poor and far away. breakfast - taken at the Murillo Hotel - was poor. that I've stay only one night. the breakfast. Having to go to main hotel 5 mins away (when found as no good map provided) for a very poor breakfast. Only Spanish programmes on tv. The hotel took the cost of our stay from the credit card used for our guarantee prior to checking out although I wanted to pay with another card. Attitude poor and we got locked in our suite when our cards ceased to function on our last morning and somebody had to come to let us out. Not a good experience.
