  Very helpful staff. We had to store a cooler box with medication for two days and retrieved it later with two fat "do not unplug! Contains Medicine" stickers in Spanish (we re-used them in other hotels) stilll sticking to the plug and the box. Location is excellent for Jaen city visits, not so good for Via Verde access.   Good location in the old part of the town and in an historic building. Easy for car parking in the vicinity or in the private parking. Big rooms really, really clean and confortable.
