  Very helpful staff. We had to store a cooler box with medication for two days and retrieved it later with two fat "do not unplug! Contains Medicine" stickers in Spanish (we re-used them in other hotels) stilll sticking to the plug and the box. Location is excellent for Jaen city visits, not so good for Via Verde access.   The hotel is located in the city center and everything is considered to be within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious with a very good value for money.
