We stayed in the loft apartment and although we bumped our heads on the lowered frame of the bathroom door a few times and the toilet seat keeps falling on your back, it is probably the most exquisite little place I've stayed in on this months holiday travelling throughout Spain. I cannot adequately express the beauty and joy and lightness of spirit of the apartment throughout the day and night. Excellent location. Wonderful staff. The little niggles fade away. 所有评语 » Having had some dodgy hotels in Granada before, this was sooo good. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more helpful, carrying our luggage upstairs. Official check-in time is 15:30 but they called us on the day to ask whether we would like to arrive earlier, which we did. Spotlessly clean. Ideally placed, a short walk from the Alhambra and close to the Plaza Nueva. We walked there from the bus stop outside the Cathedral in 10 minutes. Wish I had found this before. Fantastic location to visit the Alhambra and the rest of Granada. The staff were great, especially Julio, having driven into the restricted zone we were concerned about a fine, but Julio immediately set our mind at ease and gave us some great tips on the Alhambra visit and where to eat, what to see, etc. will defiantly stay there again on our return. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He helped me carring my stuff, finding free and secure parking.Thank you again Rafael! The hotel is in old city and very close to Alhambra castle. Attic apartment was great for our quick weekend trip to Granada. Great location for a walk up the hill to the Alhambra and a quick walk down the hill to all the sights. Friendly staff, walked to the Alhambra, near bar and squares wonderful for a city break. Would use again. At the foot of the Alhambra, close to all restaurants. There was no lift but the receptionist was extremely courteous and pleasant and hauled our heavy bags up and down the steps. There was nothing to dislike, the single bedroom was a little small but, hey it was an entire appartment for just €70 a night. Finding the hotel with navigation is not Easy . You had better call hotel before you come to city. Difficult to find, the main entrance is behind a shop in a small alley. Apartments are new and there were teething issues: 1st apartment had washing machine but no water connected to it; changed apartment without fuss but second room had washing machine which when in spin mode would actually move into the middle of the kitchen as it was not secured properly in its housing.
