  Spotlessly Clean, fantastic staff , very friendly with all encounters. Hotel seemed brand new or recently renovated. Stayed on third floor looking out the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Make sure to go to Murito for dinner/tapas , the best cafe in town! - The room was spacious and well designed. Staff were really helpful, especially the night manager who had the sense to log into a translator to understand what we were requesting and it all worked really well. The hotel is in a great location and easy walk in and out of the city. Plenty of options for eating and close to museums etc. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

  Excellent rooms and hotel. As close as you can get to the Cathedral. Buffet breakfast was great. 3-person suite has direct view of the Cathedral and the 3rd bed has a trundle (actually room to sleep 4). - The staff were very helpful;supplied me with ice for a bruised foot.
