The room was spacious and well designed. Staff were really helpful, especially the night manager who had the sense to log into a translator to understand what we were requesting and it all worked really well. The hotel is in a great location and easy walk in and out of the city. Plenty of options for eating and close to museums etc. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Buffet breakfast was great. 3-person suite has direct view of the Cathedral and the 3rd bed has a trundle (actually room to sleep 4). - The staff were very helpful;supplied me with ice for a bruised foot.

We stay in many hotels and A Burgos was a delight - all the more so because we had a dog with us and expected a room that probably had been used by other dog owners and showed it.
