Uwe Weidenmann, the hotel general manager, was very helpful and helped us book safaris and game drives during our stay. The breakfast at the hotel and the packed breakfast for the safaris were both excellent. We also had dinner twice at the hotel, and the food was delicious. The hotel is super clean, and the rooms are huge. Everything was great during our stay.
