  The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, and breakfast and dinner at the cosy restaurant varied and delicious. We liked the remote location of the hotel, the room's back patio surrounded by trees and birdsong, and the tranquil atmosphere of it all.

  The owner of the lodge and his wife were very helpful and attentive. The lodge itself was quietly situated with views of the nearby bay and well laid out with excellent facilities. It was within easy reach of Cape Town and the beautiful coastline. Top marks from us and would definitely return in the future.

  Clean comfortable lovely large rooms. Heater was on in my room when I arrived as it was very cold outside (nice touch) Gardens and pool area superb - Well positioned, very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, quality furniture and bathroom facilities. Heater in the bedroom was on the whole time!
