  The fabulous personal attention to detail, the heated bathroom floors and towel rails on a really chilly day. Bruce left a pullover on his bed and John took the trouble to meet us at the airport to return it. Talk about going the extra mile. The views are magnificent and all in all it was just a great experience. I will definitely be back. My only regret is that my stay was too short. Waking up to a view as spectacular as this venue has to offer is an experience not to be missed.
