  Great location for us. We only stayed one night to visiti the Cango caves as well as the Ostrich farms. The restaurant restaurant next to the guesthouse was excellent and ou host did reserve a table for us to make sure we would be on the terrace. The Guesthouse is very clean and is well equipped. Enjoyed our stay, was too short. - I liked the personal welcome of Hew and Zoe, I already sipped a beer before we started the paperwork! Both hosts have a very interesting business background and are the perfect conversation partners. They also gave me the valuable hint to go to the Buffelsdrift Lodge for a sunset drink, which was an outstanding experience. Rooms are cosy and very clean.

  Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

The warm welcome, the incredible bedroom, the grounds, the outdoor hot tub, the huge lounge and discrete bar area which allows you to unwind having explored the beautiful surrounding area. The house was lovely and the garden was beautiful with two swimming pools and lots of nooks and crannies to sit in peace. Our room was huge with a spacious bathroom and a great four poster bed you had to climb up into. Wolfgang did the best breakfasts we had in South Africa - not only was the food very tasty but it was all beautifully presented. The two dogs were very friendly and Christina and Wolfgang were the perfect hosts.
