  We loved the attention to detail. The management and staff (and the owner) were outstanding hosts. The accommodation was just superlative and the service was fantastic. The location was relaxed ,beautiful scenery and just perfect to unwind.   The staff at the Fernery were so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail and care that went into the evening meal (a prepared barbeque) was amazing and we felt really spoiled. I'd highly recommend the Fernery but would suggest a stay longer than we had (only one night unfortunately) as there is so much to experience. Also the Boxer dog belonging to the owners' son is the most gorgeous dog I've eve - My wife and i stayed in a B&B Chalet for 3 magnificent nights. This place is off the charts with total freedom & tranquility - only wish it would never have ended. We will return to this beautifull haven in the near future ..........

  The friendly and competent staff which greeted us at reception, and obviously the potter who were very helpful. - Relaxed lounge area and lovely view. Bedroom comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was lovely.
