  I intentionally left all the scores at Excellent because that was exactly my experience of this place. I felt at home, yet private enough to go about as I wanted.   A good size room with a nice bathroom, TV (Satellite) cupboards and a desk too. The breakfast voucher is good value for money. The sea-side is within walking distance (you can hear the waves at night) and so is a small shopping centre. I even had a verandah and a garden !!! Parking is safe at the guesthouse.
