The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value-for-money, decent rooms and shared bathrooms are very clean. The staff is extremely nice and will help you with any questions you might have. Breakfast is extra, but good quality. The owner made sure to be very personal and made my stay very pleasurable.

We loved the staff - from the owner to the housekeepers - they really took good care of us while allowing us to still enjoy the "backpacker-style" of lodging.
