The staff were excellent I really felt like home, they did everything they could to accommodate all my questions and hopes. They even organized in matter of two hours notice a rental car with a good price and horse riding safari for me and printed all maps for me to find the place even without asking. I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.

One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. Highly recommended!
Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home.

Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony.
Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine.

Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park.
The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes.
The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises.
The hot breakfast choices are very good.

I was upgrade to a seaview room at not extra cost. The staff were beyond wonderful. Very helpful and attended to my requests immediately. Yes there is contruction next door but it really didnt hassle me. I will DEFINATELY use this hotel for my future business trips to Cape Town and will be recommending to others. Look forward to returning.
