  After a 23 hour trip nothing better. Very quiet, so comfortable. Staff very good. Breakfast was magnificent. One of the best displays I have seen obviously a chef with flair. Staff walked us to the shuttle bus after our stay. A great way to start a holiday with a rest before touring S.A. I was there on a business trip and I had to leave my room after 1600, well the staff made its best to accomodated my request without requestt. I definetively will be staying at the same hotel during my next trip to Kempton Park.

  We were on our way to our honeymoon destination and stayed over at the hotel which was a wedding gift from my brother and sister-in-law. Got to the room and there were dried rose peddals everywhere - on the bed, on the floor, even in the bathroom with a bottle of champaign. It was so romantic. Thank you for a wonderful stay. - Overall the hotel's proximity to the airport, is obviously an attractive and fit-for-purpose design is what makes it attractive. This is my second stay in as many months. Transit bus from the airport also a very attractive feature.

  The room lay out, was very well designed and clean. The friendly staff, easy check in and out. Easy access to Gautrain, entertainment, the late check in and check out. Breakfast was really good with lots of options for different tastes. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. - Metcourt has the best breakfast you can imagine.   Location (in relation to Airport), decor, the Aesthetics (it's a beautiful Hotel!) but ... Two things about the location: 1. It is less than a 10 min drive from Tambo. Great!!!, You can't beat that! 2. It's located in the 'ghetto'. People were on the streets, not homeless people just seemingly 'aimless' people. And it was - We were en route to Singapore and stopped over at the Aviator Hotel for the night. I was very impressed by the excellent Service provided and the extra mile staff went to when they transported my husband, my sick 3 year old and myself to hospital at 3am so my son could be nebulised. I was extremely grateful. we stopped over at the aviator on our return trip for a few hours so our family could freshen up and rest before our flight to Durban. I will definitely be using the Aviator hotel again.

  The service was excellent. I forgot my cellphone in the room. They were kind enough to post it to me at no extra charge. Where in this country do you get service like that. I will recommend the hotel to anyone, even my family living in the U.K., U.S.A and Australia. Thank you once again for the fantastic service.
