  1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

  Great, helpful staff Good restaurant Large, comfortable room Very handy, easily booked and flexible shuttle bus - I enjoyed the fact that I was close to the Joy of Jazz venues and that Mapungubwe offered shuttle services.

  Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom - I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.
