  The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and the gardens absolutely lush. The fact that the driveways have not been paved keeps everything natural! Just a good old fashioned hotel devoid the indifference one finds in chain hotels and pretentious B&Bs.   The staff was very friendly and really did their best to make us feel welcome. This lodge is really good value for money and if you take the option with breakfast and dinner it is lovely not having to cook.   The hotel is set in lovely tropical gardens with two delightful pools. The suite we booked was spacious with large well furnished bedroom and sitting area. It also had the benefit of a huge private sun terrace overlooking the sabie road hills. The hotel has a lovely Tuscan feel but each room has an African flavor and is very modern.
