  We only arrived at the resort at 7pm on date of arrival and we were very tired as we had done Sani Pass before arriving. Our check in was not very welcoming but the staff at the tavern welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. They understood that we were tired and hungry and saw to us quickly. That was exceptional service. It was relax... 别人怎么说 » ing and pleasing to know that the children were being entertained whilst we were either relaxing by the pool side or during the hikes. We loved going - The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us and tend to our needs. The facilities were awesome and met our expectations. The resort was easy to find and the security as well as staff made the check in and check out very comfortable and easy.
